Where are your products shipped from?
Our pieces are carefully curated and shipped directly from our international ateliers and specialized partners, ensuring uncompromising quality and we currently ship to 65+ countries.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, and shipping will take around 5-10 business days depending on your location. We ship to all Europe.
Delivery details will be provided during checkout & in your confirmation email.
Do you ship to my country?
We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country
What are the return rules?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery — should the item not meet your expectations.
There are no restocking or handling fees. The only responsibility of the client is covering the return shipping label.
